Service Description
PLEASE CONTACT ME TO SCHEDULE IN THIS 1-1 COURSE. The complete course includes up to 10 hours of hypnobirthing education run over three weekly 2.5 hour classes. However, it can be taught in less sessions if you are short on time – I can be flexible to suit your needs. What’s included? - 10 hours of 1:1 teaching in the comfort of my studio or your own home or online, at a time to suit you and your birth partner -Welcome pack & goodies -Hypnobirthing Client Manual – hardcopy -A collection of relaxing (Guided Hypnosis) tracks to support your Hypnobirthing practice -Birth planning support -Breastfeeding, Newborn Care and Postnatal Support -Goodie bag -30 minute follow up call between 37-42 weeks - Ongoing Support What will I learn? -Basic physiology of birth -The positive belief that giving birth can be the most wonderful experience -How to release any fears that may in some way be associated with childbirth, and thus avoid the Fear, Tension, Pain cycle -How to relax deeply -How to stay calm -How to promote the production of your birthing hormones -How to trust your body to work naturally and in harmony with your baby -How to prepare a birth plan so that you can feel informed and in control -The knowledge and power to navigate birth should you require intervention or assistance -Positions to help you birth your baby -Breathing techniques and more! The investment for the full course Privately 1-1 is £325 per birth couple. Alternatively a group course is £250 per birth couple. To book this service please contact me by email or text message. Orders: Reservations do not form a contract. Bump 2 Babies reserves the right to reject bookings. If we can't fulfill a booking, we'll promptly cancel. Cancellation: We may amend or cancel. Changes will be communicated before. If we cancel, you'll be offered an alternative date. Data Protection: We retain your data in line with the Data Protection Act 1998.
