Ideal as a refresher course for those who have completed a Hypnobirthing course before with a previous pregnancy or those nearing their due date, or even as a short course to prepare for birth and to benefit from some essential Hypnobirthing education. This 3 hour session will leave you and your birth partner feeling calm and confident about birth, knowing you have Hypnobirthing skills to support you through each stage of labour for a calmer, more comfortable and positive birth experience. What you'll learn: - The basics of birth physiology - Approaching birth with optimism for a gentle, safe, calm, and comfortable experience - Addressing and letting go of childbirth fears to avoid the 'fear, tension, pain cycle' - Deep and quick relaxation techniques using breathing, visualisations, and MP3s - Stimulating the production of birthing hormones - Trusting your body's natural ability to work with your baby - Empowerment to navigate birth even if intervention is needed - Breathing methods to enhance the body's natural expulsive reflex for a gentler birth - Plus lots more insights and techniques.
