I’ve done this twice myself. I’ve given birth. I’ve felt the fear. I’ve prepared deeply. I’ve had powerful, transformative births and I’ve also walked through postnatal depression after my babies arrived. So when I talk about mindset, nervous system support, and feeling held… it’s not theory. It’s lived experience.

Everything I teach is soul-led and experience-based. Not fluffy. Not rigid. Just honest, empowering hypnobirthing that actually works in real life.

I’m married to my husband Lewis, we have two wild little humans, and life is usually loud, messy, and full which is exactly why I believe birth preparation needs to be practical, supportive, and human. I’m obsessed with learning, teaching, and sharing everything I know so you don’t walk into birth feeling scared or alone.
